Machining Capabilities

We have an extensive range of machining services available to suit your needs including CNC and manual milling and turning, surface and universal grinding as well as mechanical fitting, assembly and installation.

Fabricating Services

Our fabrication services include laser, waterjet and plasma cutting along with forming, folding and welding of mild steel, stainless and aluminium as standard.  All work undergoes vigorous inspection combined with non-destructive testing activities such as DPI, MPI and UT.

Reverse Engineering

To accurately capture your exacting requirements, we possess the ability to create 2D & 3D models/drawings using SolidWorks and Fusion 360.  We are also able to reverse engineer when required and can quickly produce prototypes before commencing manufacture.

Inspection Services

We use the most up to date calibrated measuring equipment to ensure components are to drawing tolerances and specifications. Dimensional reports, inspection test plans, material certification and lifetime quality records are issued ensuring full traceability from start to finish.
